Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Delivery estimates: Standard shipping is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping rates: Rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear.

Address accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period or your parcel appears lost, contact us. Claims for parcels lost in transit are handled according to the carrier's and platform's rules, and we'll assist you throughout the process. See our Refund Policy for details.
